TOMTEN combines the outstanding Dutch bloodlines of Havesstad and Yerxes.  His sire and dam were both imported from Holland.  Thorvald has been evaluated by the NFHR and achieved a blue ribbon score in conformation and a silver medal for riding and draft.  Gemma has been evaluated by the NFHR and achieved a high blue ribbon score in conformation. 

Tomten has very good conformation and has the potential to produce excellent progeny.  Tomten is owned by Linda Wachtmeister and stands at Deep Creek Farm.

Tomten was on stallion row at the NFHR 25th Anniversary Celebration in Winona, MN, on Oct 12 - 15, 2006.  He placed Fifth in a very tough Two and Three Year Old Stallions halter class.
